The inspiration behind The Company YOU began with a simple but powerful idea: every person is the CEO of their own life.
While our name was originally inspired by a film about three people forced to redefine their careers after unexpected change, its meaning has grown into something much bigger. Today, it reflects our belief that the most important investment anyone can make is in understanding themselves—and that the strongest organizations are built by people who are empowered to do the same.
