Vicki Noels-Cornish believes that everyone deserves to feel awesome and understand their awesomeness so that they can share it with the world.
After spending decades helping people build careers and meaningful pathways, everything changed when an ADHD diagnosis at age 50 gave her a new understanding of herself. What she once saw as flaws became strengths. What she once believed made her “different” became the very qualities that allowed her to connect, inspire, and create meaningful change.
Today, Vicki is the founder of The Company YOU, a keynote speaker, personal discovery strategist, and Kolbe Certified™ Consultant on a mission to help as many people as possible feel awesome about who they are. Through inspiring keynotes, transformational workshops, and strengths-based consulting, she helps individuals discover what makes them extraordinary while partnering with organizations to build cultures where people feel understood, valued, and empowered to contribute their very best.
With a unique blend of storytelling, theatre, humour, and practical insight, Vicki leaves audiences with more than inspiration—she gives them a new way of seeing themselves, their people, and what’s possible when belonging becomes the foundation for success.
