Vicki is an Effervescent People Enthusiast. As the founder of The Company YOU, a speaker, and a Kolbe Certified ™ Consultant, she empowers individuals and teams to discover and lean into their unique strengths. With a background in drama, education, and human development, a transformative ADHD diagnosis at 51 reframed her journey. Vicki is passionate about igniting growth and celebrating what makes people extraordinary. She’s also a proud wife to a firefighter millwright and mom to two amazing sons, breaking barriers at home and on every stage she graces.
