Kolbe Range of Success™ Report

When using the Kolbe RightFit ™ process, we have the supervisor of the role take the Kolbe A™ Index to identify their natural strengths, followed by the Kolbe C™ Index to identify the strengths required in the role. The supervisor’s Kolbe A™ Index result and the C Index result are used to create a Kolbe Range of Success™ Report. This report identifies the ideal range for a candidate's Kolbe A™ Index result for the role.

Job Posting Development

Using language from the Kolbe Range of Success™ Report, we ensure your vacancies are portrayed effectively, attracting top-tier talent. We tailor each posting to highlight the unique opportunities within your organization, compelling candidates to take notice and apply.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening

We will have the top 3 to 5 candidates complete the Kolbe A™ Index. A Candidate Report will generate an A to F grade by comparing the candidates’ Kolbe A Index results against the Range of Success™ report created for the role.
